Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of CRM experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and campaign automation systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM analytics and data visualization
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with team management experience
  • Experience in telecommunications or SaaS industry highly valued
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
