Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead a team of security professionals in implementing defense mechanisms and protocols
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Establish incident response plans and coordinate breach mitigation activities
- Ensure compliance with international security standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Collaborate with IT departments to integrate security into system architectures
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend technological upgrades
- Report security metrics to executive stakeholders and board members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks and security tools
- Strong experience with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record in managing security operations centers (SOC)
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
