- Oversee all security operations across the North-East Region, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to address emerging security threats
- Lead and mentor security teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and rapid response protocols
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant security laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Drive strategic growth initiatives to expand our security services and market presence
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in security operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing security operations, risk assessment, and compliance programs
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, systems, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent security certification required
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in strategic planning and business development within the security industry
