As the Head of E-commerce Strategy & Performance, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. You'll lead a team of digital marketing specialists, analysts, and UX designers to create seamless omnichannel experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership within the fashion retail sector. You'll leverage data analytics to optimize performance across web, mobile, and social platforms while staying ahead of emerging technologies and consumer behaviors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, analysts, and UX designers
- Optimize digital channels including website, mobile app, and social media platforms
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure e-commerce performance and ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies in fashion retail
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and marketing automation tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital shopping trends in the Asian market
