Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Lead internal/external audit processes and ensure adherence to PSAK and tax regulations
- Develop and implement business process optimization initiatives for financial efficiency
- Drive profitability growth through financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Manage tax compliance, planning, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead financial statement preparation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams through performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; Master's degree or CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- 10+ years finance experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and accounting standards
- Proven track record in process optimization and financial transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
