Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Approve and review accounting vouchers, journal entries, and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and manage cash flow operations
- Review and optimize billing processes to ensure timely revenue collection
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in healthcare finance or hospital administration is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required
