Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire finance and accounting department operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and long-term financial forecasts to support company goals.
- Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including planning, filing, and reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital expenditure analysis.
- Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Provide financial insights and reports to the Board of Directors for strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B/C) and Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and strategic budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial management software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and ethical standards.
