Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all finance and accounting operations across Indonesian operations
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance team through mentorship and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/ACCA qualification
- Minimum 10+ years finance experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience in multinational manufacturing/FMCG sector
- Advanced ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strategic financial planning and business partnering experience
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
