Private Advertiser is seeking a visionary Head of Global Payroll & Tax Compliance to lead our financial operations across international markets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing for 500+ employees across 15+ countries
- Develop and implement tax compliance frameworks ensuring adherence to local/international regulations
- Lead payroll transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process automation
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of payroll specialists and tax analysts
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and legal teams on cross-functional projects
- Monitor global tax legislation changes and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or Master's preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in global payroll and tax compliance leadership
- Expertise in multinational payroll systems (Workday, ADP, SAP) and tax regulations
- Proven track record of leading payroll operations in 10+ countries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll analytics and reporting
- Certification in international tax compliance or payroll management (e.g., CPP, CTP)
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication abilities
