- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across digital channels to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team encompassing marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization specialists
- Analyze customer behavior and market data to identify acquisition opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and performance advertising
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track growth metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital commerce, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in e-commerce or retail sectors
- Expertise in data analytics, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM platforms
