Join PT PAN RAMA VISTA GARMENTS INDUSTRIES LIMITED as our Head of HR, Compliance & Legal and drive strategic human capital management while ensuring regulatory excellence. This senior leadership role requires you to develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, oversee compliance frameworks, and lead legal initiatives that align with Indonesian labor laws and international standards. You'll spearforce talent acquisition strategies, foster organizational culture, and mitigate risks through proactive compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and corporate governance to support our garment manufacturing operations in Sukoharjo. This pivotal position reports directly to executive leadership and requires strategic vision to optimize workforce efficiency while maintaining legal integrity across all business functions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and execute HR strategies supporting organizational growth and employee engagement
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industry regulations
  • Lead legal affairs including contract management, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and performance management systems
  • Develop and maintain employee relations policies, compensation structures, and benefits programs
  • Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments on HR initiatives and legal matters
  • Represent the organization in labor disputes and regulatory consultations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years progressive experience in HR, compliance, and legal roles with 5+ years in leadership
  • Deep expertise in Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations, and corporate governance
  • Proven track record of implementing HR systems and compliance frameworks in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of garment industry labor practices and supply chain compliance standards
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
  • Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP) or law (e.g., Advocate License) highly desirable
