Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies for TSXV-listed operations
- Lead creation of financial narratives including earnings reports, roadshows, and investor presentations
- Build and manage strategic relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media
- Establish and scale Asia's first high-impact IR outsourcing vertical with innovative service models
- Coordinate with board members on disclosure policies, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks
- Drive business development initiatives for consulting services across APAC markets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic financial insights
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years progressive experience in investor relations with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record with TSXV or other listed companies in capital markets
- Expertise in developing IR outsourcing or consulting frameworks for Asian markets
- Deep understanding of financial regulations (SEC, PSE, TSXV) and disclosure requirements
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial data
- Experience building investor relations teams and fostering stakeholder relationships
- Strong business development background with measurable growth in consulting services
