Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record building and managing high-performing marketing teams
- Expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in retail/convenience store industry highly desirable
