- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, and social media to boost lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the manufacturing, metal, or industrial sector is highly desirable.
