- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth in the Philippine market
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions
- Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and SEO
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track marketing campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry leaders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the fitness or consumer goods industry
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of the Philippine market and consumer behavior
