As the Head of Marketing, you will be the architect of the brand's voice and growth strategy in a competitive market. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to scale user acquisition, enhance brand positioning, and build deep community engagement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, growth, and PR functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on acquisition channels including paid social, SEM, and SEO.
  • Partner with Product teams to leverage AI-driven insights to refine value propositions and user journey mapping.
  • Build brand equity and thought leadership within the EdTech ecosystem through creative storytelling and community engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to iterate on GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term market expansion and revenue growth objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within Tech or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of scaling user bases and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of AI/SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience navigating the Singapore tech landscape and a strong network within the education/innovation sector.
