You will lead cross-functional initiatives to scale user acquisition, enhance brand positioning, and build deep community engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's aggressive growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, growth, and PR functions.
- Manage the end-to-end marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on acquisition channels including paid social, SEM, and SEO.
- Partner with Product teams to leverage AI-driven insights to refine value propositions and user journey mapping.
- Build brand equity and thought leadership within the EdTech ecosystem through creative storytelling and community engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to iterate on GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term market expansion and revenue growth objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within Tech or EdTech.
- Proven track record of scaling user bases and driving significant revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of AI/SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience navigating the Singapore tech landscape and a strong network within the education/innovation sector.
