As the Head of Marketing & Communications for Asia, you will lead the marketing and communications strategy for Cotton On Group's iconic brands in the local market. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan across all channels including digital, social media, PR, events, and retail. You will manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report to senior leadership. You will also oversee the communications strategy, including internal communications and external relations. You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Based in our regional office in Singapore's Central Region, you will be part of a vibrant and collaborative culture.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for the Asia region.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Drive brand strategy and positioning for all Cotton On Group brands in the local market.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and traditional channels.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensure efficient allocation, and track performance against KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and agency partners to amplify brand presence.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in brand management and strategy within retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and performance measurement.
- Deep understanding of the Asia market, including cultural nuances and consumer behaviors.
- Experience with digital transformation and omni-channel marketing strategies.
