- Develop and implement strategies to establish new partnerships with community organizations, medical institutions, and healthcare providers
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners to ensure smooth collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of referral coordinators and commercial specialists
- Monitor and analyze referral data to identify growth opportunities and optimize referral pathways
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient transitions through the referral process
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in establishing and managing healthcare partnerships and referral networks
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
- Experience in team leadership and staff development
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis and reporting
