Join Winet Media Persada as the Head of NOC (Network Operation Center) and lead our core network infrastructure strategy. This senior leadership role requires expertise in managing 24/7 network operations, optimizing system performance, and driving technical excellence. You'll oversee a team of engineers, implement industry best practices, and ensure network reliability for our growing digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong leadership skills to proactively identify and resolve network vulnerabilities while aligning operations with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Network Operations Center team to ensure 24/7 network monitoring and incident response
- Develop and implement network optimization strategies to enhance performance and security
- Overhaul core network infrastructure design and implementation projects
- Establish SOPs for network troubleshooting, maintenance, and disaster recovery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network operations with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships for network hardware and software solutions
- Generate network performance reports and present findings to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in network operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing NOC teams and SLA-driven environments
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and hybrid network models
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
