Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key distributors and stakeholders to ensure optimal market penetration.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and setting clear KPIs.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to recommend agile tactical adjustments.
- Optimize distribution networks and retail coverage to increase product availability and visibility.
- Collaborate with the national supply chain team to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Monitor and manage the regional operating budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining growth momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 4 years in a regional leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Medan and broader Sumatera retail and distribution landscape.
- Proven ability to manage large distributor networks and complex sales channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis, forecasting, and CRM software.
- Excellent leadership skills with a history of building and motivating high-performing remote teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
