Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing complex B2B deals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and department KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget proposals for senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in industrial or technical solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian business environment and existing network in the relevant industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a contract-based, high-performance, and results-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
