IDS Medical Systems is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead our Aesthetic Devices division in Indonesia. As a leader in the healthcare technology sector, we are looking for a strategic visionary who can navigate the fast-paced medical aesthetics market, drive exponential revenue growth, and lead high-performing teams.
In this critical role, you will be the architect of our market expansion strategy, overseeing product launches, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring operational excellence across all sales channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our customer success standards and establish IDS Medical Systems as the premier partner for aesthetic clinics and medical practitioners across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the aesthetic device portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales force to consistently exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional client service.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments while fostering long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and high-value accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compliance and maximizing win rates for major government and private projects.
- Oversee successful product launches by coordinating closely with clinical training and marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding, post-sales support, and clinical satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the medical device or aesthetics industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value B2B/B2G contracts.
- Strong network within the aesthetic/dermatology medical community in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on P&L management and strategic market planning.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region as required by business needs.
