Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for sales excellence? Propan Raya Industrial Coating Chemicals is seeking a strategic Head of Sales Data & Administration to join our high-performing team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our sales organization, ensuring that our commercial strategy is supported by ironclad data integrity, accurate forecasting, and insightful performance analytics.
You will bridge the gap between field sales activities and executive decision-making. By maintaining the health of our sales database and optimizing administrative processes, you will enable our leadership team to scale operations effectively. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical data proficiency, project management skills, and a deep understanding of sales lifecycle dynamics within the manufacturing or industrial chemical sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of sales data, ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity across all CRM and reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain robust sales forecasting models to support executive-level strategic planning and revenue target setting.
- Oversee sales administrative workflows, optimizing processes to reduce cycle times and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to identify sales trends, market opportunities, and areas for tactical improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and executive dashboards to the Sales Director and senior leadership team.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance departments to ensure seamless data integration and compliance with reporting standards.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team responsible for sales data entry, order administration, and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Sales Administration, preferably within the industrial or chemical industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modeling, macros, and data visualization.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a logical, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
