Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve peak performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pivot strategies proactively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to account management.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional media, to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between product development and market demand.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership, providing actionable insights.
- Optimize sales funnels and marketing spend to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Bandung and West Java.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
