- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for medical health business across B2B/B2C channels
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee budget management, sales forecasting, and pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives
- Drive digital transformation in sales processes and customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years sales experience with 3+ years in healthcare/medical industry leadership
- Proven track record of scaling sales operations and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare market dynamics and regulations
- Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing B2B and B2C sales teams with diverse channel management
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
