- Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage security teams through performance management and professional development
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and implement mitigation protocols
- Oversee incident response procedures including investigation, reporting, and resolution
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and industry standards
- Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and technology deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate security measures
- Stay current on emerging threats and recommend proactive security enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive security leadership experience
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, threat analysis, and incident management
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, CCTV systems, and access control
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or CISSP) preferred
- Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
