We are seeking a visionary Head of Trade Marketing to lead strategic initiatives for the entire Chanel portfolio in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies that ensure optimal product availability across all channels while enhancing shopper engagement through customized, data-driven approaches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store experiences, drive brand loyalty, and maximize market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in luxury retail dynamics and demonstrate exceptional leadership in managing complex trade marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies for all Chanel product categories to maximize visibility and sales
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create shopper-centric campaigns and promotions
- Optimize product distribution and shelf placement across retail channels
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute in-store activations, events, and merchandising programs
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ROI analysis for continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners and distribution networks
- Mentor and develop trade marketing team members to achieve performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in trade marketing with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven experience in luxury goods or premium FMCG sector
- Expertise in shopper marketing, category management, and retail analytics
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
