Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and supervise all daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff to maintain high performance standards
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all repairs and services meet manufacturer standards
- Monitor workshop performance metrics, including KPIs for productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate parts inventory management and ordering to ensure availability while minimizing costs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service techniques to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive workshop management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Proficiency in workshop management software and automotive diagnostic tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Certification in automotive service management or related field is a plus
