In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our B2B sales strategy, responsible for strengthening our dealer network and penetrating new markets outside the city.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record in industrial or technical sales. You will be tasked with identifying high-potential partners, nurturing long-term dealer relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to expand our dealer and distribution network.
- Identify and onboard new regional partners to penetrate markets outside of Surabaya.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed individual and collective KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing key dealers to ensure long-term loyalty and growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive management.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide product training and solutions for our dealers.
- Oversee the sales lifecycle from initial lead generation to final delivery and service satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in industrial, machinery, or pump distribution.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a field sales force.
- Proven ability to develop new markets and expand dealer networks.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively to visit regional dealers and attend trade exhibitions.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
