We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Kalimantan Tengah.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our safety culture. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive K3LH (Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Hidup) strategies to ensure that all project operations strictly adhere to Indonesian national safety regulations and internal quality benchmarks. As our HSE Officer, you will work closely with site managers and field teams to foster a zero-accident environment. You will lead safety briefings, perform regular risk assessments, and drive compliance across all construction activities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive K3LH programs across all construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead safety induction and ongoing training sessions for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Investigate all workplace incidents and near-misses, providing detailed root-cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Maintain all required HSE documentation, permits, and reports for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all heavy machinery and equipment are maintained and operated according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to promote a strong culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably within the construction or mining sector.
- Certified in K3 Konstruksi (General or Construction K3 certificate is mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian K3LH regulations and international safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in Kalimantan Tengah and perform regular site visits.
