Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve the client's overall well-being and mental health.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental health status to the nursing team.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Administer medication reminders and document care logs accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for clients in their homes or care centers.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or social activities as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader care team to deliver holistic care plans.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- No formal healthcare qualification required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with seniors.
- Physically fit and capable of performing caregiving duties, including lifting and assisting mobility.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- Must be willing to undergo mandatory training and certification upon hiring.
- Reliable personal transport and willingness to travel to various client locations across Singapore.
