We are seeking a strategic Healthcare Service Operations Manager (SOM) or Director to lead our mission-critical night shift operations in Pasig. This is a high-impact role designed for seasoned professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a deep understanding of US healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and client management.

As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare regulations, and mentoring high-performing teams to deliver world-class service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end healthcare service operations during the night shift.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and internal healthcare quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize KPIs, including CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and supervisors to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Manage complex client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for operational performance reviews and escalations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure staffing levels meet evolving client demands.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in a Healthcare BPO environment, specifically as an SOM or Director.
  • Deep understanding of US Healthcare insurance processes, claims, or clinical support services.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale teams (200+ FTEs) in an onsite capacity.
  • Expertise in quality assurance frameworks and regulatory healthcare compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Must be highly flexible to work permanent night shift schedules in Pasig City.
