- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality service standards
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, implementing strategies to continuously improve performance metrics
- Manage escalations from US-based healthcare clients, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance protocols and all healthcare regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to enhance service delivery and patient experience
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and operational efficiency
- Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare customer service or healthcare management
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving performance targets in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in healthcare software systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalations effectively
- Experience working with US-based healthcare clients is highly desirable
