Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance including fluid changes, filter replacements, and component inspections
- Repair and replace defective parts using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed repair reports
- Collaborate with team to resolve complex equipment failures efficiently
- Manage parts inventory and requisition replacement components
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and powertrain components
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical repair equipment
- Valid heavy equipment operator license preferred
- Ability to read technical schematics and service manuals
- Physical capability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy components
