Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs on heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules including fluid changes, filter replacements, and component lubrication
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using diagnostic tools
- Document maintenance activities and repair reports with detailed technical specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures
- Coordinate with team members to resolve cross-functional equipment issues
- Recommend system improvements to enhance equipment longevity and performance
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational certification in Heavy Equipment Mechanics or Diesel Technology
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery repair
- Proficiency in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and powertrain diagnostics
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Physical capability to lift heavy components and work in various conditions
