Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on various heavy machinery and vehicle components.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections in compliance with company and safety regulations.
- Execute mechanical repairs, including engine overhauls, hydraulic system servicing, and electrical system diagnostics.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service reports and maintenance logs for all equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior mechanics and support staff.
- Proactively identify potential machine failures and recommend preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all repairs are completed within designated timeframes to minimize operational downtime.
- Uphold a high standard of workshop safety and cleanliness at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in heavy machinery or automotive mechanics.
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related vocational qualification.
- Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high output quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment parts and perform work in challenging environments.
- Valid driver's license; possession of a GDL license is a significant advantage.
