Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Manage incident tickets using ITIL-compliant systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Provide first-level support for Windows/macOS, Office 365, and network connectivity
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams with detailed context
- Conduct user training on IT systems and security best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ years experience in technical support/help desk role
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Certification (CompTIA A+/HDI/ITIL) preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Ability to work shifts (if required) and manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
