In this role, you will be an integral part of our maintenance and installation crew. You will support experienced technicians during installations, cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance jobs. Your primary focus will be handling the more basic, preparatory, and physical tasks, allowing our technicians to focus on the specialized aspects of the job. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, setup, and configuration of various equipment and systems.
- Perform thorough cleaning, preparation, and basic maintenance of tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Handle the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, tools, and heavy equipment.
- Support diagnostic and repair operations by providing tools, holding components, and performing basic tests.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks under the supervision of a lead technician.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and preparing materials for upcoming jobs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational or Technical graduates are highly preferred.
- Prior experience as a Helper, Laborer, or Assistant in the Trades and Services industry is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to learn technical skills, follow written and verbal instructions diligently, and work in a team environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Must be willing to work full-time in San Fernando, Pampanga, and be open to assignments at various client locations.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License (Motorcycle or Professional) is a distinct advantage.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required for project deadlines.
