Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of vessels and shipyard equipment
- Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing technical issues and implementing repair solutions
- Operate and maintain hand/power tools following safety protocols
- Support equipment installation, modification, and component replacement activities
- Document maintenance activities and report equipment performance metrics
- Ensure work areas comply with OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment uptime
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physical stamina to handle tools and equipment in industrial settings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends if required
- Valid government-issued ID and clean criminal record
- Previous experience in shipyard, marine, or industrial maintenance is advantageous
