In this role, you will act as a key ambassador for our Specialized Nutrition products. You will engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to provide scientific information, build long-term trust, and ensure that our nutrition solutions reach the patients who need them most. If you thrive in relationship-building and have a keen interest in medical sales and nutrition, we want to hear from you.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Sulawesi Selatan by executing strategic promotional activities and maintaining high standards of clinical engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute regular visits to hospitals and clinical facilities within the Palopo area.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, credible relationships with doctors, pediatricians, and other Healthcare Professionals.
- Present scientific data and nutritional product benefits to ensure evidence-based recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate medical education events, product presentations, and clinical discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospital requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve distribution and coverage targets.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company ethical standards and healthcare industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biology, or a related healthcare/science field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical representative or pharmaceutical sales roles is highly preferred.
- Deep passion for nutrition and improving public health standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence professional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and result-oriented work ethic.
- Must be willing to travel within the designated Palopo territory.
- Proficiency in local language and English is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
