Danone is looking for a dynamic and dedicated HNS (Healthcare Nutrition Service) Representative to join our team in Pekanbaru, Riau. As a key ambassador for our nutrition products, you will play a vital role in educating healthcare professionals and ensuring that our science-backed solutions reach those who need them most.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Danone's world-class innovation and the medical community. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital staff, pediatricians, and other key influencers, providing them with the insights and resources necessary to improve patient outcomes. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute regular visits to hospitals and clinics to promote Danone’s nutrition product range.
- Build, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key hospital stakeholders.
- Deliver scientific product presentations and educational sessions to ensure accurate product usage and understanding.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive market share growth.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and clinical trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and distribution targets within the designated territory.
- Maintain accurate reporting and administrative records of all visits and interactions through our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related healthcare/business field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical detailing, pharmaceutical sales, or nutritional product representation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade medical professionals.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a high-target environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily travel within the Pekanbaru area.
