Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live one-on-one or group English lessons via our virtual learning platform.
- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and learning goals of each student.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere to boost student confidence.
- Utilize various teaching tools and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to update teaching methodologies and curriculum.
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Clear pronunciation and excellent command of the English language (Native or Near-Native proficiency preferred).
- Previous experience in ESL teaching or tutoring is a plus but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and culturally sensitive approach to teaching.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
