Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and academic performance of the hybrid learning program.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate teachers to ensure pedagogical excellence and adherence to program standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between students, parents, and academic staff.
- Monitor student progress and implement data-driven interventions to support learning outcomes.
- Develop and streamline hybrid program workflows to improve operational efficiency and student engagement.
- Conduct regular teacher training sessions on modern educational technologies and hybrid instructional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and homeschooling regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational leadership, school administration, or a similar hybrid environment.
- Proven track record in team management and teacher mentorship.
- Deep understanding of hybrid learning models and synchronous/asynchronous instruction.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to educational challenges.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and collaborative digital tools.
