- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage customer reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with basic customer needs and requests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
