Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute engaging live sessions across social media platforms
- Interact with audiences in real-time, responding to comments and questions
- Develop compelling content scripts tailored to live formats
- Monitor and analyze live session performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to align live content with brand goals
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage technical aspects of live broadcasts (audio, video, connectivity)
- Post-session content creation and highlights compilation
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with live streaming platforms (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live)
- Strong improvisation ability and quick thinking during live broadcasts
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging diverse audiences
