In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our community in real-time, driving sales, and elevating our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.
We are seeking a high-energy individual who thrives in front of the camera and knows how to turn viewers into loyal customers through persuasive storytelling, product demonstrations, and interactive communication. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to execute live commerce strategies that align with current digital trends and deliver measurable results.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live streaming sessions across various platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram) to showcase products and drive sales.
- Develop and execute creative scripts and interactive content to keep the audience engaged throughout the live broadcast.
- Manage the technical setup of the live stream, including lighting, audio, and platform moderation.
- Respond to audience comments, questions, and inquiries in real-time to facilitate conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze streaming performance metrics and viewer insights to optimize future sessions for better engagement and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream schedules with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain high energy and a positive brand image during every broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, presenter, content creator, or a background in professional sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, persuasively, and confidently in front of a camera.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and live commerce trends in the Indonesian market.
- Energetic, creative, and proactive personality with a high degree of comfort with improvisational speaking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by campaign schedules.
- Proficiency in utilizing live streaming tools, social media management, and basic video content editing is a plus.
- Relevant educational background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
