As a key player in our marketing division, you will master the art of live commerce on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Instagram. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, maintain high enthusiasm throughout long broadcasts, and build authentic connections with our audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy, engaging live selling sessions on various social commerce platforms.
- Demonstrate products clearly and effectively to highlight features, benefits, and usage.
- Actively engage with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing feedback in real-time.
- Develop and execute creative scripts or talk tracks to keep viewers interested and drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and align live content accordingly.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic brand persona during every broadcast.
- Analyze viewer data and session metrics to suggest improvements for future streaming performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a background in sales/public speaking.
- High level of confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak fluently in front of a camera.
- Strong understanding of live commerce platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Play).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments during live broadcasts.
- High energy, creative mindset, and a genuine passion for digital trends and fashion/consumer goods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure during technical or unexpected live situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the campaign schedule.
