- Conduct engaging and high-energy live selling sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers in real-time.
- Maintain a high level of audience interaction by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and encouraging participation.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through persuasive selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan session content, themes, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor live performance metrics and adjust presentation styles to optimize viewer retention and conversion.
- Ensure a professional and aesthetically pleasing set/background for all broadcast sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a background in performing arts/public speaking.
- High level of confidence in front of the camera and ability to improvise naturally.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain high energy for extended periods.
- Deep understanding of live-streaming platforms and e-commerce trends.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under the pressure of live broadcast.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional on-camera presence.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital selling strategies.
