Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live-streaming sessions on platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to drive conversion and sales.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering questions and managing chat comments in real-time.
- Create creative and trend-focused content ideas to boost viewership and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live-stream scripts with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Analyze viewer feedback and engagement metrics to improve future performance.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned persona throughout the broadcast.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Confident, extroverted, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade viewers.
- Previous experience in live-streaming, hosting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital e-commerce platforms and social media trends in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scripts or requirements.
- Possess a creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital marketing.
