Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and energetic live streaming sessions on various platforms to promote company products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, and building a loyal community.
- Execute creative content strategies and promotional campaigns during live broadcasts to maximize viewer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and develop compelling scripts or talking points.
- Analyze streaming metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve performance and engagement.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image while on camera.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure high-quality lighting, audio, and visual setup for every stream.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; background in Broadcasting, Communication, or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Content Creator, or public speaker.
- High level of confidence and natural charisma in front of the camera.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle live interactions gracefully.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in current social media trends and e-commerce dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
